Diwali Celebrations

S.D Sr. Sec. School celebrated the festival of lights with great enthusiasm and joy. The school premises was beautifully decorated with diyas, rangolis and colourful lights. A weeklong celebration was held which began with special assembly followed by pledge and Rally highlighted the importance of “Green Diwali Harit Diwali”. Students also participated in Diya decoration,Lantern making and Rangoli Making Competition . Principal Dr. Nisha Gupta addressed the gathering and encouraged students to celebrate a clean and eco-friendly Diwali, avoiding crackers and spreading happiness. The celebration concluded with cheerful wishes and gifts for the school staff.
